Uttrakhand Technical University 2nd round counseling for B.tech has been declared on 26th June. Most of the students in this round had applied for the updgradation of their seats in the different colleges. So the students who got their seat upgraded should report for their seats in the respective colleges and others who did not get any upgradation in their seats can wait for the 3rd Round.
Important “Know abouts” about the third Round :
- The 3rd of the B.tech counseling of UTU is spot round and it is not held online.
- Spot Round for the B.tech counselling is normally held after 7-8 days from the last reporting date after 2nd Round.
- The reporting for the third round counseling is done in G.B Pant University Pantanagar.
- Two days are required for the reposrting of the students who are willing to attend the third Round and Two days after the result is declared after counselling.
Documents you require to carry with you while attending the Third Round :
- AIEEE 2012 Score Card
- Class 10th passing certificate
- Class 12th marksheet and Passing Certificate
- AIEEE 2012 Admit Card
- Domicile in case you are permanent resident of Uttarakhand
- Medical certificate
You should have a Original as well as a copy of these documents. If your original documents are submitted in other college you can show the admission slip of the college n ya be sure to keep a copy of that too.

UPDATE :
- The spot round counselling dates for BTKIT ( KEC ) are 28 and 29 august, where 28 Aug is the reporting date and 29 Aug is the Seat allotment Date.
- The spot round details of the SIT Pithoragarh are declared to be 7 sep and 8 sep.

sir, my state rank is 1395(gen) and category rank is 149(obc) with state domicile and category certificate can i get seat in COT
You may get a seat in COT in third round . But branches like agriculture or IT
sir my state rank is 1144 can i get cot pantnagar in spot round……
I don’t think you can get a seat there unless you belong to some reserved categories
Sir, i get clg of tech in 2nd round but i have agriculture engg branch my state rank is 1224(U.K) can i get mechanical or civil in third round?
You may get production engineering but mechanical is just impossible..
sir my AIR -3 lakh and state rank is 5000, can i get seat in SIT pithoragarh
I find it quite hard for you to get seat SIT . But nevertheless you can try..

fetching you a seat in these colleges in not in my hand you can just try your luck anf i already told you that it will be very difficult for you to get a seat but you can try..
